By visiting our website, submitting a quote request, dropping off a device, or purchasing any product or service from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Phone Fix & Tech Accessories is a locally owned and operated phone repair and tech accessories shop in Richmond, Virginia. We specialize in the repair of smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronic devices, and we sell a variety of tech accessories.

Phone Fix & Tech Accessories offers the following products and services:

• Sale of tech accessories including cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, and earphones.
• Free repair quotes via our website quote request form or in-store assessment.
• Diagnostic services to assess device issues prior to repair.

To use our services or website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or be accompanied by and have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting quote requests or dropping off devices.
• Be the legal owner of the device you are submitting for repair, or have documented authorization from the owner.

We provide free repair estimates either through our website quote form or via in-store assessment. The following terms apply to all repair services:

• Quotes provided via our website are estimates only and may be adjusted after a physical in-store inspection of the device.
• We will notify you of any changes to the quoted price before proceeding with repairs.
• A diagnostic fee may apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after in-store assessment; this will be disclosed to you before any diagnostic work begins.
• Repair times are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and workload.
• We are not responsible for any pre-existing data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your device before dropping it off for repair.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable Virginia state tax where required. By authorizing a repair or purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

• Full payment is due upon completion of the repair or at point of sale for product purchases.
• We accept cash, and major credit/debit cards. Accepted payment methods are posted in our store.
• Payment card transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant processors.
• Prices for parts and labor are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your repair authorization is the price you will be charged.
• Promotional discounts and special offers are limited-time and subject to availability.

We stand behind the quality of our repairs. Our limited warranty policy is as follows:

• All repairs include a 90-day limited warranty covering defects in parts and workmanship related to the specific repair performed.
• The warranty does not cover new damage, physical damage, water damage occurring after repair, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
• Screen replacements are warrantied against defects in the replacement screen but not against cracks, chips, or breakage due to drops or impacts after the repair.
• Warranty claims must be presented in-store with your original repair receipt.
• Third-party repairs or tampering after our service will void this warranty.

When you leave a device with us for repair:

• You will receive a repair ticket or intake form describing the device and the agreed repair. Please retain this for pick-up.
• We take reasonable care of devices in our possession; however, Phone Fix & Tech Accessories is not liable for pre-existing damage, cosmetic issues discovered during repair, or damage resulting from existing structural defects in the device.
• We are not responsible for any data, files, contacts, apps, photos, or settings on your device. Back up your device before dropping it off.
• Devices must be picked up within 30 days of notification that the repair is complete (see Section 9).

If a repaired device is not picked up within 30 days of repair completion notification, the following applies:

• We will make reasonable efforts to contact you via the phone number or email provided at drop-off.
• After 30 days, a daily storage fee may be assessed.
• After 60 days from repair completion with no contact or retrieval, we reserve the right to treat the device as abandoned and dispose of or recycle it in accordance with applicable Virginia law.

Our website uses Google Ads and related advertising technologies. By using our website, you acknowledge the following:

• Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized advertisements to you based on your browsing history and interests.
• We use Google remarketing to display our ads to previous website visitors across the Google Display Network.
• We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure ad effectiveness (e.g., quote form completions).

• We do not warrant that repair estimates provided online will be identical to final in-store pricing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Phone Fix & Tech Accessories, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including data loss, loss of business, or device downtime — arising from your use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific repair or product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phone Fix & Tech Accessories and its owners, staff, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of our services or website; your violation of these Terms; your submission of a device you do not own or are not authorized to repair; or your violation of any applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, in accordance with applicable rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. You may also have the right to file a claim in Virginia small claims court for eligible disputes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with the "Last Updated" date updated accordingly. For material changes, we may provide additional notice on our website. Your continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
